Because in countries like this, is purely the Government vs Citizens or masses.

There's nothing like NCAN chapter or Afonja
There's nothing like Government vs yoruba, Igbo, or hausas.

When a country is so much divided, progress is far.
I totally agree with you .
Tribalism is not only killing our future but also that of our unborn kids

1. Beating not a protest must be well organized.
2. Select few that know what they are doing.
3. The police guarding the senate must all be disarmed by sleeping gas or paid off.
4. The "anonymous crew" as I will call them must be dressed indiscriminately.
5. Trailers full of protesters must be strategically located discreetly around the environment waiting for action signal.
6. Then when the Sinators are fully into their useless session, SUDDENLY thunder will fall on them.

Army can't slaughter thousands, no one wants to face international criminal courts, Nigerian masses are fools, they don't know their power, once the people start, the scared politicians will surrender, people that will die won't reach 5.
Great ideas.

Assuming Nigerian youths successfully execute this plan and strike a big blow on the Senate, what happens next? This is only the legislative arm of government, what about the executive and judiciary arms?

Would they be ready to listen to a group of people they would probably call enemies of state?

Can this really happen in nigeria? the mumu police and army will shoot at the protesters.. From the pictures i see i can tell the police in Venezuela were stylishly in support of the beating. Our own police and army no go use their brain. At least allow the masses break the heads of some of these senators before you stop them.

At the end they'll know that the people are not smiling.

Best time is when the police are also provoked by the government, they will join or will be watching the protest

Be careful what you see and quickly believe, for it might not really be black and white. That protest has American CIA written all over it. They want to oust the incumbent socialist government of Maduro and put a 'stooge' there all in the name of 'democracy', and what better way to do that than to liase with an aggrieved opposition?
They've been trying to do that since the time of Hugo Chavez in form of 'opposition protests' too, but couldn't succeed cos of the love the country had for him.

As usual, America must be blamed. It was pro-government supporters attacking the opposition not the other way round.

Socialism as exemplified by Maduro and Co has not, cannot and will never work. Even Cuba has changed. Dude should leave. The inflation rate is way above the roof.

How can citizens who find it difficult to purchase essentials love? Talk about Stockholm Syndrome.

It can only happen in Nigeria when the poor hungry barracks zombies get their sense back. And the police too. I forgot Daura secret service. If not, politicians will use them to slaughter thousands of protesters and nothing will happen. Useless wilderness

We know them na. Cowards like 3face.

I pray earnestly that this kind of day should come quickly in Nigeria. A day our Senate will wish they were never born Nigerians

If it's a people's movement,it will be obvious cos of the sheer numbers, the other arms will have no choice but to acede to the people's demands or get swallowed up...tear gas and other elements will get the cops confused.

If about a million Nigerians do this March then that's the masses, no arm can fight that numbers.

Be careful what you wish for, it could just come true.
You tell me that in a clash between the executive and legislative, supporters of the executive should be allowed by the police, military and paramilitary to enter the national assembly to beat up legislators and go scot free.
It's like supporters of Buhari entering the national assembly and beat up Saraki and Co. Is that what you wish for?
