How do I successfully wear my shoes without getting them creased all up and have the heels grated off? This sickens me all the time. I buy a brand new Paul Smith, wear it two days and the heels grate off, creases form on them too quickly. Are there any remedies pls?

Shoe trees, they are life savers. Buy them wherever you can, you can never have enough

For the heel problem buy a product called Heel scuff or any product that does the same job.
