This is good for the people of Taraba and Benue. We thank God for the sudden walk up. May the soul of innocent departed in the hands of this wicked beast rest in peace. Taraba and Benue will at least see peace again.

.Delta state Governor the chief security officer of the state said the indigenes should surrender to the Hausa Fulani Muslim murderers

.

If you notice no fulani governor has called the herdsmen to order.

Yet the dumbass delta governor cannot stand up for his own people.

Good step. This is a good step towards restructuring. More states should join as soonest.
Fulani herdsmen would have to upgrade or face gradual economic extinction.

The target is minimum 30 states before the end of the year. We will get there.

The devil is in the enforcement. Nigerian leaders most often lack the political will to implement the law. Onitsha is reported to be one of the dirtiest cities on earth - but Anambra has sanitation laws which are not enforced. The anti- open grazing laws are just political gimmicks by dubious governors to divert attention from their corruption. As okowa rightly said farmers/ herdsmen clashes is a national issue and must be resolved nationally - a most sensible suggestion. In nigeria we play the ostrich until things get out of hand.

Are you by chance a cattle rarer or a cattle owner? By your logic we should all fold hands and watch the herdsmen kill and destroy farmlands while federal government sends army to protect them.

Very interesting!

Good step but I hope they have perfected the workings of the law. For example, when the law is violated, who will arrest and prosecute the offenders? The police or the people?

Is it the federal controlled police that would make the arrest? The only way to solve the herdsmen issue is for the national assembly to ban open grazing nationwide and compel the executive to go against the herdsmen or create a state police who will have nothing to do with the federal govt.

These fulani guys are everywhere.
The herdsmen in other civilised societies hardly have issues. The ones in UK, France... they ar nt animalistic in nature.

SO BAD!

This leaves me with two conclusions:
1) Religion is a problem here. A certain religion preaches war.
2) Illiteracy is a factor as to be uncivilised is d same thing as to be barbaric.

Another is the usual narrative that Nigerians have the right to reside anywhere in the country....those with this take should explain if cows of herdsmen equally have the right with their human herders without restrictions on another's region, land or property. Open grazing is strictly primitive. A way of life herdsmen cannot afford to practice in modern times in another man's territory in the name of Nigerians have the right to live anywhere....

It is ur type that rubbish the efforts of performing gevernors in the guise of their suppose penchant for corruption.

If they don't pass the bill you will complain
They passed the bill you are still complaining.

Can you enforce a law that has not been passed??
If other laws can be enforced why not this one? Is it not being enforced in Ekiti state?

Taraba for me has taken action and is far ahead of delta whose Governor is asking indigenes to surrender their necks to murderous herdsmen.

The law will be enforced.

Laudable act. I wonder why it is very difficult to implement this. High time other governors wake up and say no to this grazing menace

Christianity preaches War - Crusades, War of Religion, Iraqi War etc
Yet you guys keep rushing to Muslim countries. Are you searching for war?
