The lady (Jessica Alba) knew all along from the start what's in it for her, despite the surgeon (Terrence Howard) puts her up to it. It's the lover boy who doesn't realise how love has rendered him confused and gullible. I'd say most times Nigerian guys know what they want but would beat around the bush hence providing the chance for said girls to exploit.
