In a town where i stay in Edo state, we pay #2000 naira Monthly for bills, Only for 10hrs light per day...(10am-1pm, 7pm-12am) and it is even by luck...(very annoying) we suffered this for up to two years, not until a cement company came to our community and was responsible for the community light bills..
So now we enjoy 24hrs light and we no longer pay light bills...gringringrin
