(Neo)colonialism also involves a situation where for example, an African (especially a Nigerian) whose lingua franca is English, still has to pay at least N68,000 (about $170 dollars) for a so-called compulsory International English Language Test (IELTS) before travelling to same English-speaking country/region like the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia or the USA etc; but a citizen from Europe/America or Australasia does not pay nor sit for a test in either Urhobo/Isoko, Izon, Ogbia, Yoruba, Epie/Atissa, Hausa, Efik, Igbo, Tiv etc, before travelling to Nigeria (Africa).

So, what are we bLACK monkeys - Africans, busy learning and speaking English for on daily basis if we still have to pay at least N68,000 to sit for a bloody English test before entering into some Euro-American countries? This is one other means the Euro-American imperialists continue to grow richer and stronger; they use their language (English) to generate funds daily in the name of travelling/immigration.
