(Neo)colonialism also involves a situation where for example, an African (especially a Nigerian) whose lingua franca is English, still has to pay at least N68,000 (about $170 dollars) for a so-called compulsory International English Language Test (IELTS) before travelling to same English-speaking country/region like the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia or the USA etc; but a citizen from Europe/America or Australasia does not pay nor sit for a test in either Urhobo/Isoko, Izon, Ogbia, Yoruba, Epie/Atissa, Hausa, Efik, Igbo, Tiv etc, before travelling to Nigeria (Africa).

So, what are we bLACK monkeys - Africans, busy learning and speaking English for on daily basis if we still have to pay at least N68,000 to sit for a bloody English test before entering into some Euro-American countries? This is one other means the Euro-American imperialists continue to grow richer and stronger; they use their language (English) to generate funds daily in the name of travelling/immigration. We are really bLACK monkeys indeed.

Comparatively speaking, what do you have to offer them as much as what you are looking for in their nation?

It's either we stay here and make our land better and dictate for them what we want before they come to our place our we maintain the status quo and stop shouting and screaming blue murder

Educational institutions in those Countries have a right to set their requirements. Nigerian institutions are also free to set whatever requirement they want for their foreign applicants.

It does not only happen in the area of academics or oversea scholarship; it happens in terms of travelling.

Many don't, rather they have their own English language test they set and it is NOT free nor inexpensive.
