'Flashy' Florida boy, 10, 'stole FOUR cars in six weeks including one after he cut off his own ankle monitor'

A 10-year-old boy was arrested for the fourth time in six weeks for car theft after cutting off his ankle monitor, police said.
Damarion Moore, 10, was arrested in Daytona Beach, Florida , Wednesday just one day after he was arrested for another car theft.
Daytona Beach police have said Moore has a 'flashy' attitude.
When Moore was caught, he was with a group of boys aged 15 and 16, police said.
Captain Jennifer Krosschell said that even though teenagers don't usually hang out with children who are the age of fourth graders, these teens let Moore tag along.
'He even looks like a 10-year-old,' Krosschell told The Daytona Beach News-Journal .
'When we (seized) the car he had stolen, the driver’s seat was pushed up to the steering wheel.'

Daytona Beach police Sgt Tim Ehrenkaufer said investigators have noticed a brashness that's not common in children that young.
'He has a look-at-me attitude. He’s flashy,' he said.
Moore was first arrested in June after police say he stole a car and parked it outside a Target store in Daytona Beach.
Officers saw the car on surveillance tape while the 10-year-old was still inside the store.
He was also allegedly involved in at least two other car thefts, including one on Tuesday after which he had an ankle monitor placed on him.
Less than six hours later, he had cut the monitor off and joined a group of young car thieves before being arrested a fourth time Wednesday, police said.
He is also one of at least six young car thieves who has stolen a vehicle from a car dealership lot, according to police.
'I think this is becoming a trend,' Krosschell said.
'We saw other (juveniles) on the video that we haven’t been able to identify and they appear just as young.'
Daytona Police Chief Craig Capri said in a press conference that the boy's situation is 'a tragedy' and he said he hopes to work with the Moore's family to get him some help.
