Is it possible to request for pickup of visa and other documents in person at the embassy when they are ready for collection, after travel insurance and passport has been sent to the embassy?

Good day everyone. I just got my academic transcript yesterday.. the one I applied for online being sent to my workplace. on getting the transcript, I found that that my workplace address was on the first page. I hope it doesn't affect anything? and can I apply with that?
though oga neccki said I can apply with it but I juss need more clarifications.
