If a muslim mistakenly kills any human, he has to pay what we call Diya which is worth 30 million+ to the family of deceased, and then fast for 60 days afterwards to seek forgiveness on the soul he killed by mistake.

Islam respects everyone's soul.

So anyone who has violated by killing innocent souls is a non muslim. They are only trying to tarnish the image of Islam. Muslims are not terorrists
