FYI, sanctions have multiplier effects. Instead of them killing off Moscow as the ediots in Washington hoped, they have succeeded in allowing Moscow to diversify to other sectors that were otherwise neglected. The Russian economy has already stabilize and adjusted so well to the sanctions since they came into effect in the wake of the Ukraine brouhaha. The only people complaining right now are the oligarchs , and in case you don't know it; there sectors in Russia praying that sanctions should continue.
