I'm surprised that people are liking your myopic submission. That cheque has UBA as the beneficiary , overleaf, it would be written Transfer to xxxx the sum of #20m to xxxx Bank . It is a standard Bank practice .

The cheque is obviously not going to CLEARING or cashed over the counter but would be dealt via NIP, NEFT or RTGS.

Don't be too fast to advertise your ignorance.
