Battery: Gionee A1 has about 4100mAh; HTC Desire 10 Pro has only 3000. This makes the HTC extremely sleek, light weight and slim; obviously a better choice for a design-freek user.

HTC has a corning gorilla glass; most Gionee phones don't come with any protection.

Buyers all over the world undergo a process known as the "buying decision process". I'm not comparing any brand as a phone geek or whatever, I'm just doing my job as a 'consumer'.

Okay thanks. But why do guys make so much noise about this Gionee A1? I've come to discover that HTC, LG, even Samsung have mid range phones that will compete (in terms of price) with the likes of Tecno and Gionee..

HTC is better. Those gionee phones are good but their durability is questionable. You can imagine repairing d A1's gionee which worths 95k screen for 45-60k. In 2 years time der fautly panel will be more expensive to repair than the initial cost of purchase. The HTC could even get Android O and P updates that the gionee would never. Choose wisely bro. The decision is yours to make.

Please check well ooo, I doubt if both price are the same ooo, the HTC should be over 130k. If the price are indeed the same, na b say HTC don repent, but those guys are obviously unrepentant .

I use a gionee phone for 3 years. thier hardware was extremely durable. and the battery was very good.

Don't forget about the build quality, which, in HTC's case is way better. Overall, I'd pick the Desire 10.

HTC has made some disappointing phones when it comes to ram management and overall useability.
If it's not their flagship, it could be absolute crap!
