Etisalat(9 mobile) there three strategies you can choose from?
1.Low cost strategy: here you charge at low price to gain more customers. To do this your call rates should be relatively cheap like what your counterparts are offering. For example 11k/sec to all networks after first min call @ 20k/sec or first call @ N10 while subsequent minutes is 11k/sec. You can even make on net calls cheap or even introduce weekend call offer for your customers. I discover your on net calls aren't cheap but expensive. For data,charge the normal bundle rate or even less than that of your competitors
2.Best cost strategy: You are already using this strategy already in your call or data plan.What you need to do is to mention your data speed is fast in all locations and probably boost the speed.Mention you listen to customers complaining of slow browsing speed .Although most customers may not use your service at the beginning but when they see the stability of your network, they will opt in
Most Nigerians prefer cheap products or service delivery so you have to think well before making any decision.
To add to it,since most customers prefer 1.5gig for N1,000, reduce the speed a little while higher bundles are increased. Secondly don't allow data zapping as most Nigeria youth call it,just charge them exactly what they use even if your data bundle is slightly expensive

yes, mind tried itnladt night, it worked. my main data balance wasn't touched. I still have 247mb of the free night data which I will exhaust tonight

better still, get like 4 airtel sim cards and do the nightly N25 for 500m on all sims. that's N100=2gb.
also, glo mobile does weekend 3gb for N500.
