Yes until the constitution is amended. Even if it is amended it can only take its course with next government.

The people to review the constitution have said PMB has not committed any crime none to law. So why dissipating energy on something that is fruitless.
In Nigeria constitution today, there are lots of deficiencies which have to be addressed.
Besides there is no vacuum in government so let there be peace.
