The arguement was brought to Mapo customary court, Ibadan on friday after a man

Kazeem Azeem—a civil engineer with his wife, Fatimoh pleaded to court to dissolve his 10 years old marriage.
According to what he said, he married his wife 10 years ago and his wife has being nothing but a source of problem to him.

"As soon as she got into my house as a wife, Fatimoh,
started showing the stuff she is made of by tormenting
and fighting me and my first wife"

He futher continued by saying that his wife Fatimoh, with her character has driven his first wife with her kids away.
However, Fatimoh objected the allegations by saying everything he said were not true

"Though Kazeem and I have some misunderstanding
but he is the one responsible for most of them"
She also said
" He enjoys having sex with me but doesnt want to hear
that i'm pregnant. Anytime I say I miss my period he will
quarrel with me.
I dont beat his first wife except she looks for my trouble
Please my Lord, give me few weeks to
amend my ways and I promise that he will tell good news
about me"
President of the court, Mr Ademola Odunade while admonishing the case asked her to do everything within humanly possible to bring the first wife back to the family.
“I can assure you that as soon as you make amends,
your husband, Kazeem, will be happy and he will settle this matter amicably.”

The court however adjourned the case to September 26.
