I was supposed to attend LSBF in 2014, paid part of my tuition £3000 to balance £2,200.

Unfortunately, I lost my dad and couldn't continue. I ask for a refund and was denied, appealed to the school and denied again.

It's been three years now and they refused to refund my fees. I have been in Nigeria since 2014.

I want to take it up legally and I do have some concerns;

1. Is my case worth it.

2. How can I get a good 'No Win, No fee' lawyer in Nigeria because I am 'very rich'.

Please advice, suggestions and any useful information are all welcomed.

Ah! that school is a mushroom school. If you can, negotiate with them to complete your program online except if you have an explicit written agreement that it is refundable. Or you move on.

Read the refund policy document of the school and act accordingly.

yes it was but my case is an exceptional one cos I lost my dad
