The deadlint is sep 1 but then its advisable u submit way before that. So just keep trying

There are lots of ongoing scholarships you can apply for....check www.skelewu.com for a handful of them.

I think it has to do with the server of their website. Had similar issues with shell scholarship last year december. although i have not being able to apply for this one on mtn and glo. i have not tried airtel. MTN and GLO

Yep yours isn't complete, it should show submitted instead of saved... Did you save to draft cuz you haven't uploaded all your documents??
Login and upload all your documents and click submit...
