The Prophet (Sallalahu aleyi wasallam) said: "When you see the new moon of Dhul-Hijjah, if anyone of you want to offer a sacrifice, let him not remove from his hair or nails until he has offered the sacrifice" [Muslim]. Consequently, Tuesday, 22nd of August, 2017 equivalent of 30th day of Dhul-Qa'dah, 1438AH is the last day for the cutting of hair and nails, for those who are willing to offer Qurbani. May we witness the Eid in good health and right frame of mind Aameen. |
