ASUU Strike: Students Urged To Remain Law Abiding by Kakaakinews: 3:58pm On Aug 17, 2017
The Nigerian students has been urged to remain law abiding and not to take laws into their hands inspite the ongoing strike by the Academic staff union of universities (ASUU), this was contained in a statement made by Mr. Eniola Opeyemi, the Alumni National Publicity Relations Office of Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education (AOCOED), when he paid a visit to the graduating students of Federal University Otueke, Bayelsa state. Eniola while addressing the alumni members in the school, he charged them to always remain a good ambassador of their Alma mater and also urged all other students in the country to remain law abiding as violence isn't a right tool to achieve the best.

"It is unfortunate that the era of incessant strike still persist in the Nigeria education system which makes it difficult for the Nigeria schools to compete with the bests in the world, the federal government must not wait for staffs to strike before they resolve with them or do the needful, the minister must live beyond expection and not do trial and error in the highly rated educational system" , the Alumni PRO added.

Recall, the Academic Staff Union of Nigerian Universities (ASUU) have ordered all members across the country to down tool following the failure of the Federal Government to honour recent agreements.

While convening the good will messages of the National Alumni President, Mr. Shina Akinfulire, Eniola advised the graduating students to be more innovative and help find solutions to the rising nations challenges.
