Structures like that should be preserve exclusively as national monuments so that future generations can appreciate how it was in the beginning.

With the presidential approval, Ambode, consequently unveiled plans to turn the lodge to ‘The Heritage Centre for Leadership’, which would be redesigned and equipped as a landmark research and tourist arena that will be open to local and international visitors.

They just dug out a tourist goldmine,
This is a conspicuous treasure, that if properly exploited, would be a huge revenue spinner for lagos state government.

It is time to roll up sleeves, put on thinking caps, while all hands are on deck to reposition, refurbish, rejuvenate, remodel, resuscitate, reinvigorate, renovate, recalibrate, rehabilitate, and reinforce the historical relic for better appreciation of past chronology of events,historiographical appraisal and research.

The same way Presidential lodges in Calabar and Lokoja were transferred to Cross River and present day Kogi.

National stadium should be handed over and turn to a green park.
The lack of green spaces in Lagos is one of reasons why the place is unliveable

Those who transfer nepa to private people are wrong. There was no payment made to transfer.

So all transfer of nepa is consider illegal..
