I wonder why this kind of fire accidents are common nowadays.

Taking a good look at that road, it seems to be in very good condition. So this was most likely caused by human error.

As far as I know, the average time of arrival of emergency personnel (police, firefighters, and medics) - first responders is about 3mins in most US counties.

There problem in Nigeria is systemic. They lack the organized structure and preparedness for life eventualities.

Accidents would always occur, but how prepared are we to prevent, manage and evaluate them.

The fact that Nigerians learn no lessons shows they are less than lower animals. Why is everyone overspeeding. Nigerian roads continue to claim lives because Nigerians drive one way, drive recklessly, dangerous overtaking, dangerous overtaking at sharp bendings, do not wait for people, etc and "put everything in the hand of God"

It is high time Nigerians themselves come up with their own solution to this problem - government is not omni present.... They should be able to govern themselves they arent animals.
