Big up to every person who got ITA over the last draw. Wishing us success in our endeavours. Hey guys I'd like to ask if it's necessary to submit PCC for a country I visited for professional training up to 5 weeks?

Thanks but can all certificates be bundled together as one to fax.

Or must it be sent separately.

Hope is sure alive. I only pray for a favourable draw before my birthday in September 27. I no wan hear say CIC minus 5 from my CRS. Thanks for your encouragement boss.

quote author=ugoiyke79e post=59767795]

Reading your post, I cant help but remember the evening of 8th February 2017....that day, CRS cut off dropped below 450 for the first time since onset of EE.
The announced cut off was 447 and my crs was 446.....mehhhnnnn I felt terrible..especially because there wasnt much hope that it will remain low...
@Esosa4real encouraged me to be hopeful......
I crosschecked ma profile and saw i made a 0.5 mistake in inputting my IELTS...
I corrected d error and gbammmm......my crs score dropped to 443....just imagine my reaction.....
The rest is history.
So ma dear, keep the hope alive.....u shall also get past this stage....

Cheers.

Hi - see extract below from the CIC website

•Police certificates are required up front and are mandatory for each country (except Canada) where an individual has lived for a total of six months or more. This instruction is for the purpose of the completeness check under section R10.

So, the answer is NO, you don't need a PCC for 5 weeks training.

Lol @bundled together grin grin

I believe what you meant by "all certificates" doesn't include your transcript (Your school will have to send that). You can merge all your certificates into a single PDF file before sending.

Any website you open that does not have that padlock signage you should not make any online transaction. That's cos your information is not encrypted/secured

Try to book immediately if you have kids. Q-Life is cheaper with kids but it's not always easy to get a date. If you don't have kids, you can use Children's Practice, it's the same price and you don't have to book down. You can walk in from 8am to 10am any day from Monday to Friday. You can even do it a day to your submission.

Thank you, but is it wise to wait til few days to submission before I go for medicals? Reason being my pof is still pending

You have 90 days or should i say 89 days now smiley to gather all documents and submit (I'm sure ur pof will be ready by then) meanwhile, take time again to read the EE process thru

PS: If u can even do the medical the same day as submission its even over wise sef.

Only University will do.
Sending Secondary School will complicate matters.

I hope you've received your AOR now? If you haven't, I don't think you have any reason to panic. It's clearly written on CIC's website that it might be late and if in 5 days you still haven't received it, you should contact them here and report a technical issue. I pray you don't have to.

I hope you've booked medical and taken your passport photo? http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

Hi, not yet oo. Just got of the phone with them now. The person I spoke to said he can confirm that NY application is in the system. That it should be sorted out soon. As for medicals and passport photo, I did all that post ITA and submitted already with my documents.

Let's keep in touch. Seems we are in the same boat

And please what is the format for a gift deed

Just got to any of the approved panel physicians and say you want to do upfront medicals.

Please have all your documents before you submit. Use the 90 days very well.

Kontagious:

You need a perfect understanding of the whole process to have your application sail through seamlessly. Ask questions (like you did) where you feel you need assistance regardless of how silly you might think the question is... Participants of this thread have been trained to be tolerant of each other.

You should have all documents handy for you to submit, the documents I know are listed below;
Your medicals form
PCC for countries applicable
Work Reference letter(s)
ECA + IELTS TRF + Degree certificate for evuluated degree(s) - all in one document
Your Passport data page + stamped pages
Marriage Certificate + Proof of change of name
POF.

If you have dependents, for spouse;
Medical form
PCC
Passport data page + stamped pages
ECA + IELTS TRF + Degree certificate (if he did ECA or Ielts, whichever is applicable)

For child(ren)
Medical form
Birth certificate
Passport data page + stamped pages
PCC (for those above 18).

Then you have to pay the application fee (at the least) or plus RPRF to be able to submit. Once you are through completing the post ITA form, the system will generate your fee based on your family composition and your response to if you'd be paying RPRF upfront.

Please ehn, ask questionsssss cause this your question shows you need guidance, plenty. Many of participants here are more than willing to guide you.

Ha, I didn't include stamped pages of my passport oo. Temi ba mi. I didn't include them because the stamped pages are in my old passport and I just got a new one which I used for my application as that one has less than six months to expiration. Neither did I include for my daughter too. I just scanned the data page. What do I do please

Raise a CSE, there is a space for that in your profile page. You should upload all stamped pages to show all you travels.

If the new score still hasn't been reflected, check to ensure that you transmitted the updated portion and signed your name.

It showed that it was updated but not transmitted. Where am I supposed to do the transmitting? It took quite a while for it to even reflect that it had been updated and afterwards, I thought it would be transmitted. Only to notice that it wasn't when I got an ITA. If the draw had been less than 433, I would have applied but as it was 434, I can't afford to risk it.
