I have problems obtaining PCC from UAE. The system requires one to use only Master card issued in GCC and also to use a valid UAE phone number. My representative in Dubai has been on it since Monday and the government officials are not helping matters. What can I do ?

Why are most Nigerian Universities ripoff? Who would think that University of Port Harcourt Graduate School would charge 25,000 Naira for transcript request and 13,500 Naira as courier fees, and another 37,500 Naira would be charged by the school for WES transcript verification! What the heck is wrong with the managers of our educational institutions? This is not fair. The educational institutions in Nigeria, especially Uniport need a complete overhauling, but who would revamp it? Clearance alone is a story for another day. It's annoying to see how Nigeria, Federal government owned high institution is turning into a profit making organization. I wish to escalate or cascade these debacle to the right authorities to nip it in the bud!

Maybe they're trying to discourage you from 'fleeing' the country?

Congratulations...I see they made you wait for exactly six months. There is God Some of us are six months less one week and LVO is doing its stuff. We will wait as the land won't fill up before we get there

I need your expert advise and assistance. I did ECA for my bachelors and Masters. I received my evaluation from WES on Monday and they noted a difference in my date of birth and also a difference in my name on my certificate for the bachelors. The school told me they had effected the changes but it seems it was done after they had sent the documents to WES. However, the Masters evaluation is ok. Can I go ahead and use it? If not, what should I do? Thanks

I have heard it advised that you can do an affidavit to state that you are the same person with those names. I believe that may apply to the date of birth as well but someone with more insight will come along to respond to you soon i am sure.
