I need yall help here... My HDD had a problem which I took it to a computer engineer to repair it for me.. He said he will REPAIR & RETRIEVE ALL MY DATA Now after everything, I noticed that only the data that was on the DESKTOP (I. E the files on the home screen) could play and respond well while the rest of the data I saved in my computer has refused opening and playing.. This includes all my mp3, mp4 & pictures Please I need yall help to know how I can make those shits play pls Don't wanna lose them They're in thousands pls |

udemzy101:it will only open the music app without playing the file I transfered it to my phone and it said "file not supported or damaged" same thing even after I changed the music format |

YahuBoi:Guy forget those files,they are corrupted,you cannot repair a corrupted music or video file. My advice is you just format that drive already,or re-install your windows O.S. Thats why its good to have external hdd for back up.Every single file that matters on my PC is on my WD hdd. |

To open your files, be sure to check out https://www.filetypeadvisor.com/ app. It always helps me recognize as many types of files as exist there. Hope it works great for you too! |
