Yesterday there was a video circulating on nairaland that Oba of Benin Banned a Chief of Benin Kingdom and other sorts See the link below https://www.nairaland.com/4002033/oba-benin-banishes-chief-ogiugo#59677327 Well having gone through my own investigation here is what i found out 1.I dont think d man is a chief 2.If he is a chief he wouldnt dare wear coloured clothe to d palace... They only wear white 3. Basically the chiefs were were escorting him out of d palace and placing curses on him too.... I guess they have a right to do anything constitutional and unconstitutional. They are operating in their domain. But I find some aspects a little disturbing - that may be because I do not know the full story.... |
