Liar! The Sharia police or Hisbah was the creation of the Northern governors starting with Alli Modu Sheriff after enacting the Sharia law. If you ask the entities which created the so called sharia units, a validly passed law from a state house of assembly will be presented. You may argue about the constitutionality of the law, but only a court can make binding pronouncements on it no matter how much you love or hate sharia police.
