INEC organizes election and only those sympathetic to the referendum clause and Biafra elected back.
They simply lobby their colleagues from the Middle belt, SS and SW.
A majority is formed and a motion is passed
A yes to the motion is passed into law
It is ratified by 2/3 of all states house of assemblies and it's passed into law.
Your senators and reps then demand a date for your referendum.
Quebec, Scotland, Catalonia etc all did that so why must this be different?

He is an old man and was one of those men that "fought for Nigeria Unity" 50 years ago. Yet, nothing to show for it. The truth is that Nigeria has never been united and will never be. Since we have 3 majority ethnic groups in Nigeria, then let Nigeria split into three.
North for Arewa
West for Oodua
East for Biafra.
This is the easiest way to split Nigeria. We can become good neighbors.
