Out of our numerous on-going projects, which doesn't affect each other because of our coordination in programme of work once a job clicked. We have a BALUSTRADE project going on (25meters) .

We are going to take you through the processes on how it been done seamlessly without hiccups.

We have an existing Steel railings in which the client wants to replace with our exceptional design of balustrade.

We have tendered the design which meets the client luxury urge(innovative design) .

Processes:
Firstly you measures your staircases in linear meters.
1) Removal of existing railings (must be done technically) discreetly.
2)Making out the panes of glass on the risers
3)Mounting your post
4)Fixing of templates for cutting of glass accurately.
5)Marking & Drilling of glass which has to be perfect before toughening of glass
6)Tempering of glass (safety) .
7)Fixing of tempered glass .

Please knowing all this few steps doesn't mean you are schooled enough to start erecting staircases without understanding the stability aspect of it during installation.

However, you can use this knowledge to supervise your projects while you call on professionals to get it done for you.

kindly find attached file containing the existing Steel railings that was removed yesterday and today we starts marking/mounting of posts.
