lol u can reduce the size in picnik.com at the end when u want to save it. it's a cool website to do cool things with pics. but the quality will be reduced as well.

or on ur computer, right click the picture --> open with --> microsoft office picture manager --> edit pictures (at the top panel) --> change picture size (compress).
