You need to lock the dog inside a cafe for some weeks or months where it's deprive of seeing people then you can unleash it afterwards

My friend lost a dobberman pinscher and an Alsatian within days. These were grown up dogs, very fresh.

The friendly but wary Dobberman and the ever frioendly Alsatian.

Better find a way to prevent their poisoning by either keeping them fenced in and also teach them not to collect food from strangers and also from eating food on the floor
