The only shit about this phone is the camera. Both the front and back camera are woeful. Though, the battery is quite impressive.

the camera resolution and quality doesn't hit it for me. My previous infinix hot 3 Lte is far better in its picture quality.

lol.... What is the essence of me lying about a phone am currently using? I bought the phone after my infinix hot 3 Lte developed a boot loop issue. I have no reason to do that and besides, you won't say this if you have truly handled infinix hot 3 Lte before when it comes to the camera.

hi guys...I just reach this post from start to finish, though skipping some monkwaitic comments along the way.

I bought this fone in Dec. 2017 and it's been great. I haven't used android in the past 5years prior to this fone cause of lagging issues back then and ram wahala, because I am a heavy fone user... I practically hold and work on mobile for at least 18-20hours everyday... I deal in cryptocurrencies so it means having multiple powered apps, such discord, reddit , over 10 wallets app, and all other social media app and a lot more apps.

I was always on IPhone and Windows mostly for that 5years. some people may say how come but I have been dealing online since 2004(cyber cafe). and first fone in 2004, though na sagem and dont browse then.

anyways, THIS HOT 5 IS GREAT AND BATTERY LIFE IS SUPER STRONG, I HAVE NEVER OPENED 30+ TABS ON CHROME BEFORE WITHOUT A CRASH OR SERIOUS LAGGING IN MY LIFE EVEN ON SYSTEMS UNTIL I GOT THIS FONE... I PRACTICALLY KEPT THE CHROME APP RUNING FOR MORE THAN 3DAYS WITH THOSE 30+ TABS ON AND ALSO PLAY GAMES (mavel context of champions, Mario run, lost of dimo Tim games for my baby ) WHILE GOING THAT.

1. *but the only problem i have now is that the fone still saves and download stuffs on the internal memory even after I have specified SD Card as main Memory to use.*

2. *Also how can I upgrade to android 7.1 without rooting it cause that version has the option to use a memory card as an additional internal memory...at least on my wife's Nokia Android 3 (which I bought at 46k but the battery life is weak comepare to Hot 5 despite being 4500mah and alsonthe 2gb Ram usage can not stand up to the Hot 5 I got for 33,500).*

any help will be appreciated BUT ONE TIN I DONT & WOULDN'T DO EVEN FOR AN UPGRADE TO ANDROID 7.1 IS ROOT MY FONE. THE NATURE OF MY BUSINESS REQUIRE MY FONE SECURITY TO BE AT IT BEST. WHICH ROOTING WOULD COMPROMISE AND ALSO VOID MY WARRANTY.

Stop being a wailer. The phone is fantastic except maybe you bought fake. I am using Hot 5 lite and really enjoying it. Was using Hot 4 lite (also a great fone) until i sold it it get the Hot 5 lite.

Mine records with sound oh.
I am even looking for a way to record without sound but i dont think Hot 5 has that option.
