WHAT IS FOUR DAYS RULES?

Four days rules means feeding a newly introduced food to your baby for four days before starting another.

FOUR REASON WHY THE 4 DAYS RULE IS A WISE IDEA

No 1: When you introduce any new food into your baby’s diet, The 4 Day Rule is a simple way of checking whether the new food causes any problems - such as an allergic reaction or digestive disorders.By introducing new foods one food at a time - with at least 4 days between each new food - you will quickly spot any troubles and have a good idea of what caused them. This is particularly important during the early stages of your baby diet.It is vitally important if there is any history of food allergy or intolerance in you or others in your family. allergic reactions usually occur within 24 hours of eating a food, but digestive problems may take longer to make themselves know.

No 2: Only introduce new foods to your baby early in the day.If you introduce a new food to your baby in the afternoon or evening, and baby has a reaction to it, the very least of your problems will be a disturbed, uncomfortable night for your baby (and you!).
An allergic reaction may need urgent medical help, which is not so easy to get late in the day or at night, meaning that your baby could be at serious risk.

No 3: Baby have leaky guts naturally, the guts heal up as they grow up. If you feed them with food that are tend to cause reaction it may cause damages to their digestive system. When you use a 4 days rule you dectect intolerance to food early. Some food are to heal the guts while some cause more damage to it. 70% infant have food Intolerance at early stage, 4 days rules help a lot.

No 4: It is advisable to stick to The Day 4 Rules for your infant. This approach will help you to know if anything ordinary is happening, such as allergy or sensitivity in your infant towards this type of food.

Allergy Symptoms:
Rash or hives
Nausea
Stomach pain
Diarrhea
Itchy skin
Skin redness
Swelling of lips
Shortness of breath.

If you notice any such reactions in your infant, stop giving him this food and offer him something else; Keep track of your baby's reaction to different foods and consult your doctor or experienced nutritionist for further advice.
