@victor44843, have u heard the sarcastic saying, "to whom brain is given, sense is expected"? because I am wondering what/how the creator of man would be feeling towards some of our thinking pattern, what man is influencing man into in the name of religion... By God's grace and mercies I have experienced quite a few in line with the fruit of the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22) Notably I used to "curse like a sailor" ---- "But no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. With it we bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so. Does a spring send forth fresh water and bitter from the same opening? Thanks for sharing this victor44843, hope I got the name correct. Don't mind those criticising you, the Holy Spirit is the one who directs according to God's purpose for us, He knew programming was not God's will for you that's why he helped you stop. All those unhappy about it can go learn programming if they want, is it for everyone? I thank God because now I have left behind my wayward lifestyle, I was stubborn to my parents and insolent but God has helped me to become humble. Through direction I also stopped wearing trousers, artificial hair, make up and jewelry. It was the hardest thing to stop but when I did it benefitted me a lot. |

Bolutumiii: No problem sister I will share on this platform. The Holy Spirit witnessed to my heart in 2015 that despite all I have heard about these things being wrong for a female will I not stop them? I knew it was His voice so I made up my mind to do something about it, before that time I normally oppose any teaching that discourages these women apparel. Bit by bit I started leaving the things and when I did so I had more peace because I was receiving revelations that I was on the right step. It's been almost three years since I stopped and I am very glad I did. Also when you read 1Tim 2:9 it explains it |

This Thread is meant to be good one BUT the cankers had descend on it. And for those criticizing OP for abandoning Programming, Check out in the next few years he will be Greater than you as long as he remained align to kingdom purpose. Myself would thought I will be a big time Programmer BUT when the revelation came what am to be, and I accepted it life became more meaningful, Wisdom, Knowledge just keep flowing like Living water. 2006 I could not stand before SS1 class to speak correct English (as in just to construct a statement + inferiority complex) due to previous dropout and 3yrs of suffering/Labour - but today I can prepare Sermon and Deliver same.
