I hardly use the iris scanner on my S8+ because i find it gimmicky and fiddly, talk more of a face scanner.

I like the convenience of unlocking my phone at any angle i choose, and hate having to look like I'm taking a selfie anytime i wanna unlock.

Imagine trying to inlock when driving.

Right now I'm feeling the Mi Mix 2 more than I'm gripped by this lame effort from Apple.

Android has variety of options. You can fall back to pin or pattern. You can also enable trusted places or unlock with your smartwatch.

Most of the features it has was stolen from the blackberry Z30

2014. My Last phone upgrade.IPhone 6. Screen broke like 3x. 120k new one. 3 years ago. Have enjoyed it very well.
