Let's look at it from this dimension:
Most people who live within and around Aba may want to leave the area cos of the chaos taking place. A few to Ebonyi and maybe Enugu but most of the people leaving Abia will land in Rivers and Imo states. We all know the crime situation in these two states is alarming. Now, when the populace of Rivers and Imo have been increased, I think crime rate will also increase correspondingly.
In trying to solve what should not have been a problem, our FG might end up creating more problems.
