police can lie.I drops at shell gate everyday from work and I can aithoritatily tell you that the car was abandoned opposite the gate close to Mr Biggs.cos for 3 days straight I was always seeing that car there .

The Elimgbu Division of The Nigeria Police led by the DPO, SP Joseph Ogunade recently recovered this Toyota Sequoia SUV. The Vehicle was snatched from the owner Capt. Samuel Chijoke Offia at about 7:30pm September 13, 2017 by four armed men at Ohure Close Rukpakulusi, New Layout in Port Harcourt, Rivers state.
