Chief Ifeanyichukwu Edward Reginald Okonkwo, (onwa Nnobi), from Nnobi, Idemmili South Local Govt Area of the state, Studied Micro-biology from the Morgan state University in the USA, but is, the only Nigerian so far who did not study Law, but has conducted, argued and reported in over 270 cases both in the Supreme Court, Appeal Court, Federal and State high courts in Nigeria and the federal capital territory
