GIANNIS INT’L LTD; AFRICAN ENTREPRENEURSHIP & SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP INCUBATION CENTER, do hereby make a formal request through the internet for innovative entrepreneurial African entrepreneurs with proven business models, to join STARTUP AFRICA PROJECT, designed to provide Virtual Mentoring, Office Space and Seed capital to 30 cohorts to co-create 10 new innovative companies to deliver essential goods & services to underserved African consumers.



Eligible, African entrepreneurs who have innovative business ideas, willing to join STARTUP AFRICA PROJECT should formally express interest in response to the call for Expression of Interest (EOI), by following instructions for preparation of EOI.

Requirements of Language: EOI answers must be in English.

Number of pages: no more than 2 pages total for the questions 3-5.



There is no deadline of the EOI submission. Giannis Int’l Ltd will respond in writing to your EOI to connect your ideas to STARTUP AFRICA’s activities and potential support.Respond precisely and clearly to each question on the EOI form. Note the following details about the questions:



1. Company: Describe your new company, or if it still underdevelopment, the team and background behind the future company. If it is a spin-off from another company, research institution, etc, please define that.



2. Core Team: Who are the preliminary core team members in the project? What are their special skills, competencies and experiences that will make the project a success? The core team will participate in a 4 months Web Based Training (WBT) Program in entrepreneurship & social entrepreneurship if the project gets selected for STARTUP AFRICA PROJECT support.

3: Market Need: Based on your experiences and local knowledge information, describe the missing or demand of the African continental market that your products or services can meet their expectation.

4. Solution: What type of products or services that you think can be sold to client in the African continental market? What are the key characteristics of it? What is the preliminary business logic behind your solution to make it scalable and sustainable?

5. Benefits: What are the benefits of the products or services you will develop that will serve the client? Describe the main characteristics.
