Before nko. We all know they are terrorists. By their action u shall know them. A region without nothing to sustain and exist calling for secession. A region that's parasites to the whole country, even sambisa forest. A region that more than its 50% litters the nooks and cranies of the country. They are nothing but terrorists, they should be dealt with to reset their brains.

Since they are terrorists, without nothing to sustain themselves and parasites, yet you don't want them to go. Check it out. You can't force a woman to marry you. If you do it by force, its either you live with trouble all the days of your life or she makes life very unbearable for you. That's the truth.

So what happens if they change the name from IPOB to something else..

Does this judgement also cover activities of MASSOB ?

or will Anyone caught with the Biafran Flag/Colour be labelled a Terrorist?

This judgement is purely Anti-Igbo

We are watching.

We will see how this will play out.

So Nigeria now officially have two terror groups. A nice way to launder battered image!

I hope they have built a prison big enough to contain at least 5 million people? Cos that's where this is heading to.
mumu who says the five millions are all supporters

who says u yourself will stand to go to jail for biafra sake as much as u beat your chest online

LMAO

STANDING THE TRUTH ON ITS HEAD. THIS ONLY HAPPENS IN NIGERIA.

AGF HAS FORGOTTEN THAT AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL PETITIONED AND PRESENTED VIDEO EVIDENCE OF FULANI SOLDIERS KILLING UNARMED IPOB PROTESTERS. IF FULANI SOLDIERS CAN KILL INNOCENT PEOPLE IS IT TO FRAME THEM THEY CANNOT DO?
IPOB IS WORLDWIDE AND THEIR MODUS OPERANDI IS KNOWN....... THIS TISSUE OF LIES WILL NOT SUFFICE......AN EXERCISE IN FUTILITY.

This just went from 0 to 100 quickly.

Now the questions are

1. Can Nnamdi Kanu be tried as a terrorist since laws are not retroactive.

2. What can the Senate president do?

3. What is the option for NNamdi Kanu and his supporters?

4. Remember that Nelson Mandela was once called a terrorist. Any similarity?
someone was roundly insulted because if this your number 4 argument, how dare you compare the great Nelson Mandela to an ordinary iPod yoot?

Biafra agitation is far beyond IPOB.
Concentrating on IPOB is a big waste of time and resources.

Until the root cause of the agitation for over 50years now is addressed to a reasonable extent, all these are mere temporary solution.
Nigeria like moving in circle with no aim, instead of them to find a lasting solution to the problem they are behaving childish by calling IPOB terrorist.

I pity educated illiterates, that full Nigeria, is normal in every nation to charges freedom fighter and agitators with felony and treason, and also is normal to label their organization terrorist and it's always recognize as terrorist to only the particular governments they are agitating within.so is not a new thing, check what is happening in nyermer, western-Sahara, and even during independent time.and most agitators leaders either run for their life is in danger or they serve jail term. and if serve long jail term they come out and continue or the opponent grant them what they agitate from. so watch out Kanu part too, he will hand him self over to government for government to help the next seating of UN to take interest in Biafra issue. when the time come to if your follow history you will see that Nigeria government is taken the steps other opponent of agitators followed and later grant the agitator what his/her is fighting for. good luck Biafra

Eyaa! Nnamdi Kanu will not like this ooo. Let them quickly rush to UN, EU, Turkey and Isreali Embassies to see what they can do next.

Unfortunately for him, those embassies are in Lagos and Abuja, cities where his "enemies" he so hated and swore to exterminate live. Cameroon is his only option now. He might be there now as we speak.

The abuja high court is a northern court.UN have the final say not the northern court in abuja.Even bokoharam who plant bomb around their body to kill are not label terrorists group by a Nigerian court. It is freedom fighters they want to label such.South east governors are cowards. No northern governor ever call a bokoharam terrorists even though they are.

We lost our humanity the moment IPOB started preaching hate. For fvcks sakr, the polity became terribly heated up and we could hardly comment on national issues objectively but must first pass it through the lens of tribalism.
IPOB went too far. Igbos were beginning to settle into Nigeria, with inter-marriages every where but a group came up and we all became suspicious of one another.

The worst thing about a country declaring anyone a terrorist, then its internationally finished for the person or the group. You can never attempt to land in any other country. My guy, you will rot in jail or infarct na death! shocked . Trust me Nnamdi Kanu's photographs & full details has now been transmitted to Interpol & Eurodoc. This guy just finished his career & life for something that can never happen in the next 100 years. Do you know that he will be biting his fingers now regretting taking this too far? No doubt na his followers pushed him to this, the hail pushed him too cry

FAKE NEWS!

EVEN IF DEY DID, THE JUDGEMENT WOULD BE ILLEGAL AND UNCONSITUTIONAL.

INTERNATIONALLY IT WILL NOT BE RESPECTED OR RECOGNISED UNDER INTERNATIONAL LAW.

ONLY ALTERNATIVE IS TO HOLD A REFERENDUM OR NEGOTIATE WITH IPOB, THERE ARE NO OTHER LEGAL MEANS TO RESOLVE THE AGITATION.

U CANNOT PROSCRIBE A NATION, IT IS UNHEARD OF AND AN ULTRA VIRES DECISION, BY ANY COURT THAT TOES THAT LINE.

Story for the gods, go to the Supreme Court and appeal

I am not an IPOB member but there is something about this proscription of IPOB as a terrorist group that doesn't seem right.

Personally I think:

1. They are not consistent with their demand(s).

2. The way they were going, there is a tendency that they would trample on the rights of others if they had not been doing so already.

3. They might become violent.

BUT

1. Are these reasons enough to call them terrorists? Would you pass judgement on someone for something he/she may likely do in the future?

2. Is the Biafra Secret Service and the other groups of the IPOB enough reason to call them terrorist?

3. Can you compare the destructive activities of the IPOB to those of the Niger Delta Militants that nearly brought Nigeria to her knees economically?

For me, the way the IPOB group were going about their agitation was becoming nauseating with all the prostrating for Kanu and some other disgusting pronouncements etc. But to call them Terrorist.....I beg to differ!

...u are an IPOB member...stop trying to be a snake....dat ya Biafrauding sense na for mumus...
