hello guys, i previously requested that this modem be unlocked for me but the person that tried to do it sent me the wrong code which didn't unlock it. can someone help with the real code?

I inserted another sim into the modem but i got the message that "inserted sim not supported" and there is not place for me to insert the unlock code.
