CustomMall is seeking a Design Expert to be part of our dynamic Art Design Team. The Art Design Team plays a key role in creating a visually stunning and user-friendly experience for our customers.

The Design Expert will be responsible to lead the organization’s creative and product development process and work with the marketing department to find out per time what designs are to be made. The role also requires working closely with the Production Department who work to turn designs into products.

This position demands utilizing CorelDraw/Illustrator and/or Photoshop to create diverse designs on different products for all our product categories and warp vector designs on to existing product photography like clothing, glass, wood and porcelain products to ensure visually appealing and clear updates, learn our own internal software system to setup customer preview images, and ensure that all web images are organized and catalogued accordingly.


Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience using CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator with an emphasis on CorelDraw.
• Can operate in a diverse design team.
• Able to work quickly and independently with minimal direction.
• Able to come up with unique and fantastic designs on a consistent basis.
• Is extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Has a working knowledge of a PC, is technically savvy and able to learn in-house software programs.
• Displays the effective time management skills necessary to meet deadlines.
• Can handle being part of a creative team in a fast-paced environment and takes appropriate actions for decisions, considering the costs and benefits of effective design solutions.
• Willing and able to learn new programs.
• Is able to provide a sample of their work and/or a link to their portfolio website with examples of design work and digital imaging abilities.
