Been a while since I last posted a video or picture of the current development and progress in Isheri North GRA so far. I've taken my time to do a new video and upload the current development in Isheri North GRA, Second gate for some of us who are out of the country and are unable to come for physical inspection before deciding and also for people who find the First gate price range on the high side.

Please take note that, for many parts of the Second gate, you can build and move in immediately as they are livable.

My very first topic regarding Isheri North GRA indicates that a plot on Second gate starts from ₦9m, but as we all know, as time goes by, the lands appreciate and price increases. A plot of land in Isheri North GRA, Second gate now starts from ₦10m upward.

For some of us who have been discouraged by one way or the other, this is another time to rethink it through and make that decision that will put the words "Had I known" out of your mouth on Isheri North GRA in the future.
