this question is for teaching and non teaching staff of the 9 new universities created by former President goodluck Jonathan. am hearing that the 23 billion yet to be released by FG for earned allowance between 2009 and 2012 and thereby affecting the newly created universities. how true it this? please, this thread is not for students. thank you. |
