Matthew 18:17King James Version (KJV) 17 And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican. Pls I need help in understanding how we are expected to deal with unbelievers as recommended in the last line of the quoted verse. Pls support your answers with bible reference.
