Lol UC-Rusal lost in the international court of arbitration aswell. The Federal Government and UC-Rusal will have to pay up damages to BFIG because they wanted to play idiotic games. The federal government’s Shenanigans cost Akwa Ibom a whole decade of productivity. All this because the want to bend over and please Russians. Why does the federal government keep wasting time send share purchase agreement that were rejected multile times. Just follow supreme court orders so country can move foward. |

Successive PDP administrations were notorious for messing things up and not keeping to the minimum acceptable levels of decency in business dealings. Imagine writing SHELTER instead of SMELTER just to fu*k things up... how unprofessional and disgraceful. We have now lost over 10years worth of productivity due to that! More grease to Fayemi/Osinbajo/Buhari's elbows. We shall overcome. |

DelGardo: Abeg remove Fayemi name for that group. The guy is obviously another crook based on all the tales from the issues with that company. If anybody should be acknowledged, it should be Osinbajo |

DelGardo: This isn't a partisan issue. It seems like Fayemi was engaging in foolishness before he came to his senses. The BPE dragged feet after 2016 supreme court judgment. It good they are finally correcting mistake though. Curiously, in April 2017, apparently in defiance of the pending Supreme Court order, Mr. Fayemi visited ALSCON and was received by UC RUSAL’s managing director, Dimitriy Zaviyalov, despite the company’s sack from the plant. Almost five months later in August, PREMIUM TIMES reported exclusively about a secret meeting brokered by the minister in an attempt to get BFIG to accept an out-of-court settlement deal with UC RUSAL in defiance of two subsisting Supreme Court orders on the issue. |

Every court order must be obeyed, government cannotbe deciding the court order they have to obey and the ones cannot obey. This is not anarchy. |

The government seems bent on kissing Russian behind judging from the Russians envoys statement. I guess Just an idiot on this issue. These needs to be an investigation on this willful corruption. Everyone from minister, BPE and NPC are subverting national interest. “Also just a few days ago came the good news that the Nigerian government practically settled the dispute over the ALSCON Company where our Russian company has some shares as they confirmed the title of ownership of ALSCON that these shares belong to the Russian company. So it is also a good development. And maybe just soon, we would see that the Russian company would reactivate ALSCON factory, it means that thousands of people in the local community would come back to jobs,” he added.
