Try using coconut oil. Coconut oil is anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-parasitic in nature. It helps tremendously with vitiligo due to its ability to promote repigmentation of the skin. Sadly, vitiligo has no known cure.... It is an irreversible loss of skin pigmentation (melanin).... It is an auto immune condition.. Meaning it's your body fighting itself....she should see a dermatologist as well as a therapist for counseling on how best to live with it.

Firstly it not a strange illness. ... might not be common but strange not the right word

there is no cure or Micheal Jackson with all his noney would have treated it . it all about her family teaching her how to accept and come to terms with it. it won't be easy but that all u can do

the media is trying to promote acceptance and recently there are now a dolls in the market to help acceptance and inclusion

Since the major cause is autoimmune, check for family history of any autoimmune disease (like Diabetes, Addisons disease)
Just for cosmetic reasons and expecially age.
But most times if it's vitiligo, the treatments are not always sudden. If it's on her face, then try applying make up.
Who diagnosed her of vitiligo? Cos there are other skin conditions that can cause a hypopigmented skin.
Use of corticosteroid creams, Use of vitamin B12, folate, carotene, vitamin D have found to be helpful. But it's a long term treatment.
Vitiligo is actually an indication for bleaching especially for the Caucasians.
But above all try and consult a Dermatologist.

op biko take the girl to a specialist hospital asap, there is no cure for vertigo but if it is treated early it can be reasonably managed.

It is also not a strange condition like you called it, it is well documented. It occurs when cells that produce melanin die off or stop functioning. Celebrities like Winnie Harlow and M.J has/had it.

It can be managed in some ways; Bleaching the remaining pigmented skin by a specialist, tattooing, light therapy etc. Go see a dermatologist for best advice.

There is currently no cure for vitiligo. You should take her to see a dermatologist to see if she may benefit from some experimental treatments though.

I don't know how well you know of native curesbut I've had two siblings who had the same conditions and they had to be brought home for treatment. After consulting with family elders and those in the know, we were told to appease orishanla (a Yoruba diety) and surprisingly after doing this, the spreading stopped and their skins recovered.
We were later made to know that they drank palmwine which is a taboo for people like that.
PS: Not sure it might work for other tribes, it's a Yoruba thing. And please quote responsibly, thanks.

Have u tried Meligenina Plus just a 3days therapy?
