For the patient ones, TSTV African has finally gone live and their decoders are now on sale in Abuja but not Nationwide yet. And their much anticipated sports channels are awesome as the Bein HD stations are gradually beaming from Quarter.

TStv is currently on test transmission and channels are gradually being added to their position ABS 3A @ 3.0° West. Fortunately, they added at least four sports channels which include bein HD1.

I don't think you guys are getting his point. I think he is talking about them creating a monopoly for tstv like they did for dangote. Something like the three years tax relief.

I think he meant those people are powerful men in this country and have power to make things happen.

The price is still N5k,the landing cost is N28k but it is being subsidized by TSTV that is TSTV bears the balance of N23k. It is a market penetration strategy on the part of TSTV. They will have more subscribers selling at N5k than selling at N28k and the monthly subscriptions will surely take care of the subsidy in the long run.
