They are advertising a grand commissioning event in todays PUNCH, but I just called the number and spoke to the Manager and he seems to be predicting that they may open part of the hotel in Jul / August and maybe be operating fully by fourth qtr, i imagine some time next year then!

Maybe the fanfare is just a way for Attah to show that he is spending the money on something,
