The Rivers State police command has arrested a young man who allegedly defiled an eight-year-old girl in Rumuolumeni area of the state. The suspect was arrested by police operatives after the little girl revealed to her parents what the "uncle" has been doing to her. The suspect is currently in police custody and will be charged to court as soon as investigation is concluded.
