The government also needs to do more on food sufficiency, these are the major things killing our naira.

Sorry penetrating force is out dated by the IMO, hence no consideration to any direct shaft or conventional vessel here. maneuverability is key here, you must be azimuth propelled.

Humbly advise you get retrofitted to azimuth, you may be luck to use them on shallow waters but Never on deepwater as I would NEVER accept your retrofitted vessel, I take in only PURPOSE built vessels.
